Repossession Gone Bad:

Below are photos of a repossession gone bad in Southern California; thankfully the agent was unharmed. The repossession order sent to repossession company #2 was not complete with information. Although the Client was fully aware that the previous repossession company's agent was approached by the debtor and told the next guy that comes here will be shot, company #2 was not informed and the debtor was not kidding. Please pass on ALL information to your recovery agents; unless you do not mind being held responsible for the death of your recovery agent for a car. Due to situations such as this, California passed a new law effective immediately, September 7, 2007.
