We front the fees in your behalf! Voluntary Repossessions: We will contact your customer within 24 hours of assignment to schedule the recovery of your collateral at their home or work. Field visit, Door Knocks, Contact and Collects: We will contact your customer in the evening or on the weekend to forward a demand note, supplied by you or collect a payment. Storage: We always give our clients 15 free days storage. Police holds will be stored at a reduced rate. If redeemed, there is a nominal fee to your customer starting day of repossession. Delivery, Transport and Bids: We offer FREE delivery to our local clients, Manheim Tucson Auto Auction, Copart and Insurance Auto Auction. We will gladly accept bids for your consideration FREE of charge. We have an excellent Transport Service please call for a quote. Personal Property, Condition Reports and Photos: Personal property is removed, inventoried, stored and held for 30 days, and debtor is notified by mail. We always attempt to trade personal property for the keys to your collateral. Condition reports: will be faxed/e-mailed within 24 hours of repossession. Pictures can be e-mailed upon request FREE of charge. We believe in honest business thus we only charge what we pay for keys and flatbed towing services. We can have our locksmith generate keys upon request. Updates/Progress Reports: Utilizing of state of the art Baja Recovery Software System allows you a password protected web portal to view your updates, leave an update or issue a new assignment. This gives you the up to the minute attention your case deserves and because this is our system not a third party system you are protected.
